In Art we have been looking at sketching techniques. We have learnt how to make light and dark marks with our pencils. We also had a go at the 4 main sketching techniques- Crosshatching, hatching, circulism and stippling. After we had mastered these techniques we sketched 4 different teddy bears. We used pictures, Youtube, real teddy bears and our imaginations to help us. Finally, we picked our favourite teddy bear and drew this on an A4 page. Once we had completed our drawings we identified what went well in our work and how our work could be even better next time!
